Sloppy Joes (yes, really)

My friend Kate made these for us, she refers to them semi-ironically as the "culinary pride of my mother's side of the family." These are definitely not the can of Manwich I have been known to crack open on occasion - these sandwiches are out-of-control good. Use good buns, lightly toasted.  Again, the better the components, the better the results.

1 lb ground beef (use organic, which is pretty funny when your talking about Sloppy Joe!!)
1 Tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 cup ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
1 Tablespoon dry mustard
2 Tablespoons sugar
Brown meat in butter. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes.
