I cannot wait to try this!
1 large meyer lemon cut into 8 pieces (the whole lemon, rind and all)
1 1/2 cup superfine suger
1 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
your favorite tart shell
Put all ingredients (except tart shell) into a blender and whirl like crazy!
Pour into tart shell.
Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees (watch that the top does not burn).
